Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated candidate, who is adaptable, flexible, and self- starter in a fast-pace environment.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborating with design team under the direction of production and development manager to ensure design and fit proficiency of patterns. • Create paper templates and design final pattern using computer drafting software and freehand techniques. • Excellent at reading and interpreting design models and blueprints. • Measuring, cutting, and designing patterns with the given material required for the design. • Quality Control Report • Other duties shall be assigned as required.
Requirements:
• 3-5 Years Strong solid patternmaking experience in a similar apparel industry. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design models. • Proficient in Style CAD program is a must. • Excellent experience with measuring, snipping, milling and cutting tools. • Excellent knowledge of garment construction, patternmaking and grading. • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • High-level fine motor skills. • Ability to meet deadlines. • Physically must be able to stand for long periods. • High attention to detail and proven organizational & time management skills. • Effective communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills. • Highly Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
Must have Style CAD Experience
Must have 3-5 years of Patternmaking Experience
